"Twelve Shots" is a heartfelt compilation – a book that describes my unmasked passion, moments which are deeply personal and haunting. Within each of us are a kaleidoscopic variety of thoughts and feelings which I have attempted to convey through my art.
It was not easy to restrict this book to only 12 pieces that encompass my span of emotions for this series. I labored over the sequence of images to include emotional texture and adapted processing to each individual image in hopes of making the series flow as a natural emotional unit. What you see before you is my soul presented in a way that can be felt by the viewer.
"Twelve Shots" is a gift to honor my friends. I had posted the initial book cover to my blog and received an unexpected amount of interest. The reaction from those who I don’t know has moved me and as such, I have decided to offer this book to the public.
